GETTING A VISA

First, getting the American Visa from Cairo Embassy, I come from Egypt and my native language is Arabic. That`s why I had some difficulties when I tried to get my student visa. For Example, my name which is similar somehow to the guy who was a pilot in 9-11 Accident. That`s why they checked about everything like my college records and police records. Not only that but also they sent my file to Washington, US to see if I have any relation with any Militias around the world. Then I got the approval from Washington then they gave me the visa. On the other hand, Sonja comes from Serbia which located in Europe that`s why she did not have the problems that I had. I guess her visa approval was guaranteed. That`s why she can come to United States and leave easily not like me.

IMMIGRATION CHALLENGES IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Many people ask why we have immigration systems in our world. Everybody was born on the earth has the right to live or move to or from any part in the world. Immigration systems make a lot of difficulties in front of people to move from place to place which is considered against human rights. Human Rights Organizations try to overcome that by helping people and countries all over the world. Each country in our world has its own Immigration system which depends on the Economic or the Home Land Security. I will take United States of America as the country that I will talk about because I have a huge Immigration experience in it. United States of America is the biggest country that has ethnic diversity in our world. It welcomes millions of immigrants every year. In 2007, I was one from these millions who came to United States of America and so did my friend Sonja. We came here in a program called Work and travel to United States. We have a lot of similarities and also a lot of differences between where we come from and what our traditions are or even what our native language is.

THE ARGUE

Finally, I should say to these Christian Scientist parents that the death of their daughter is their fault. And God will never tolerate you for that. God does not say to kill . God did our religion to live happy. I guess they should punish themselves for doing that. At least they should try to banned these believes alone and also that can try to tell their Christian scientist friends to do the same inside the church and outside it. In my opinion, religion science can only make our spirits clean and calm.

the situation

So as we have seen that each one cannot separate from the other and cannot solve the problem alone without the other partner. So from that point of this example we can see that each partner needs the other partner with him to succeed. So whatever our religion or our believes towards God or any other thing we should put both partners together to survive In the current world. I mean from partner word that religion and the medical science should be together at all times. Our believes and doctors believes should be going with the same track.

Physical supporters argue

Physical supporters said that they should be punished for being the main reason for that girl death. Not only that they wanted to make a new law that supports their argue. Later, scientists of the county church argue the physical treatments supporters and said that the doctors themselves with their technologies and their equipment sometimes their operations fail and we do not sue them for that, so how come we sue Christian scientists for trying to treat their daughters and their try was failed. We cannot imagine having Christian parents kill their daughter.

Mr. Hermensons and his wife

Mr. Hermensons and his wife had a seven year old girl. One day, she was at school and her teacher noticed that she is sick. She asked her what`s going on with you. She asked her” Are you okay?” she said actually I`m not feeling well. He told her parents about that and her parents told the teacher that they noticed that and they are working on that. MR. Hermensons and her husband were Christian Scientist at the county church. They preferred to treat her with prayers rather than going to a physician to get a physical treatment. The girl had diabetes so every day she feels like a dizzy and her bones were itch and weak. After the charismas, her parents were coming back from conference for Christian Scientist. Next day they found their daughter died. They went to the court for the first time to have a case like that in the courts.They was the first parents to go to the court for religion believes. The court classified the case as a third degree crime which means a crime without intending to make the crime. This case gives the criminal from four to seven years in the jail. Their attorney said that this is their religion freedom. And they should not get sued for that.

Religions

Religions, each one of us has his own thinking about others and about himself and his nature. Each one of us could be a Muslim or Christian or Jewish or any other even without any religion at all. But the thing that we could harm ourselves because of our religion believes. However, our believes always right because this is how we saw from our parents and our families. But the thing that we have to use our minds because when our messengers came to the Earth there were no technologies or even Medical treatments that we have now. So we have to use the technology, and medicine with our religion traditions to survive. Everybody has the right to hold the religion that he believes or his family believes. But we cannot use materials from thousands years now. Because they did not have these kind of diseases that been caused from our technologies that we use. Our technology systems are the main reason for our dieses, so the most important thing that we should care about is our health and the relation with our religion whatever is. I have an example from United States. It happened in Florida.
